Kevin Alin has committed his professional career to creating positive impact in the communities he serves. Mr. Alin has most recently served as the Executive Director of School Choice & Enrollment for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) where he was able to institute numerous systemic reforms while increasing overall enrollment through public service innovation.

Prior to joining CMSD Kevin was the co-founder of Citizens Leadership Academy, a high-performing expeditionary middle school in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to leading educational reform initiatives in Ohio, Kevin served as the Chief of Staff to the San Francisco Assessor-Recorder where he was responsible for improving public service through systems innovation.

Kevin and his wife Tara moved to Cleveland from Oakland, California in 2010. Since arriving in Northeast Ohio, Kevin has become a proud father of two beautiful daughters, Tayanna and Kaiya, who bring untold joy to those in their orbit.
